Those aspiring to become *Nuclear Scientist*, *Entrepreneur in science and technology, Professor & renowned Researcher* must / should give *NEST (National Entrance Screening Test)*.
Whoever is studying in 12th from Science stream or who has passed 12th with 60% marks in 2021, 2022 can appear in this exam.
This exam is conducted in two big institutes of Indian Department of Atomic Energy *NISER (National Institute of Science Education and Research), Bhubaneswar* and *University of Mumbai, Department of Atomic Energy Center for Excellence in Basic Science (UM-DAE CBS), Mumbai* Held every year for admission to 5 years BS – MS (integrated M.Sc.).
Selected students are given a fellowship of 60,000/- every year along with internship expenses. Students who bring top grade at the end of 5th year get an opportunity to appear in interview for *Scientist* directly in *Bhabha Atomic Research Center (BARC)*.
