Kshatriya Political Struggle : Viewing Past & Present from Demographic Lens
जो निज रक्षा को तत्पर हैं, रक्षित उनके अधिकार रहें ।
जो लड़ने को तैयार नहीं वो मरने को तैयार रहें ।।
Those communities which endeavor to protect their interests, their rights are secured . On the other hand, those which are not ready to fight , they should be ready for a certain death.
All the warrior communities across the world, forayed far and wide in search of land. Sometimes the whole tribe migrated, sometimes some people broke away from the tribe and went in some other direction to establish their supremacy. Due to this, there has been perpetual fragmentation in the warrior communities. Due to this fragmentation, we find Rajputs with origins in one region, residing at Jagirs in other parts as well. For instance, the Parmar Rajputs (Malav Kshatriyas) migrated from Malwa into different parts of India and so did the Vais rajputs (LIchhavi kshatriyas) who migrated from Vaishali to other regions.
Ponder if the Kachhwahas of the whole country gathered in the Jaipur region or the Rathores of the whole country gathered in Marwar, all the Chauhans gathered in Ajmer, the Tomars remained settled in the vicinity of Delhi together, they would not have prospered solely due to military prowess.
However, this peripatetic quality which was beneficial earlier weakened you in the vote system and benefited those remained crowded in the same region for generations. They remained frozen in their place and whosoever invaded them, crushed them & ruled them.
However, this electoral system is only seventy years old and while our population is certainly scattered, we still command good numbers in our areas. We need to ponder deeply about this vote system and we must pay attention to forge our own path. As long as we do not think seriously, we will remain neglected in the voting system.
You have to make a deep study of your society and its demography, and the solutions will emerge from there. Neither the government nor the media is with us, neither do we have our own lobbies nor will any established lobby of any other community ever stand with us.
Some communities (eg. Jats) in this country count us as enemies and have been living in the same area for generations, bowing their heads in front of everyone who comes and goes, hence they bear insufferable frustration and hatred towards us, thereby using the electoral system against us. However, owing to their cowardly existence, these communities lived as herd for centuries, which is why they have high densities in certain regions but are absent outside those pockets. Today these communities use newspapers, films, documentaries and every medium to promote their own interests and harm us. We must constantly monitor those.
Going beyond superficial jargons “Jai Rajputana”, we must cultivate the social and political understanding of our people. We must abstain from using words like Shudra, Manuwad because those who target us have weaponized these brahminical terms to fulfill their own political interests and to harm us . Many allegations are made on Rajputs and we observe that young Rajputs are unable to retort due to lack of knowledge — We must talk about those issues also, we must think and we must write.
